Privacy
What we collect, why, how it is processed, and how to ask about or delete it.
This page describes the data practices of this website. It is written to be read, not to protect us from you. If anything here is unclear, ask. The contact address is at the bottom.
What we collect
The only place this site asks you for information is the Request a Marketing Review form. If you submit it, we receive:
- What you enter: your name, email address, firm, which description best fits you (individual advisor, advisor team, RIA or wealth firm, private-markets specialist), an optional website or LinkedIn URL, what prompted your request, and any optional additional context.
- Basic context recorded with the submission: the page the request came from, the referring page if there was one, campaign parameters (UTM values) if you arrived through a tagged link, and the submission time.
The form collects no financial account data, no client data, and nothing about your clients. If you never submit the form, this site collects nothing about you through it.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and prepare and conduct the Marketing Review you asked for.
- To understand, in aggregate, which channels requests come from. That is what the referrer and campaign fields are for.
That is the whole list. Submissions are used to respond to the request. We do not add you to an email marketing list, and there is no automated sales sequence.
How submissions are processed
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a form-handling service that receives the submission, stores it, and delivers it to us by email. Formspree acts as a processor of this data on our behalf; its own practices are described in the Formspree privacy policy. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
Analytics
Basic website analytics and attribution tools may be used, when configured, to understand how the site is found and used. Any such measurement is for our own understanding of the site. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and no analytics failure ever affects whether your request reaches us.
Retention and deletion
We keep submissions for as long as they are needed to respond to the request and maintain an accurate record of our correspondence, and no longer than that purpose requires. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email us and we will do it, including asking Formspree to delete its stored copy.
