Product Specialist OS

Help advisors get further beforea product specialist has to step in.

Product Specialist OS handles the repeatable work behind complex product opportunities so specialists can focus on judgment and confirmation.

Software prepares. Humans decide.

The system works the case, runs the numbers, shows realistic paths, builds the plan and prepares the remaining question.

Specialists step in for judgment, exceptions and confirmation.

How a case moves

Case. Brief. Options. Offerings. Confirm.

Case

Organizes the property, transaction, client objectives, deadlines, debt and known facts in one place.

Brief

Models the replacement structure, gain exposure, offering economics and remaining gaps, and distinguishes facts from assumptions.

Options

Shows realistic strategic paths, why they may be relevant, what the client gives up and what still needs confirmation.

Offerings

Connects an advanced path to products and modeled allocations, while distinguishing contractual, sponsor-stated, modeled and unknown information.

Confirm

Prepares the questions that still require product-specialist, tax, legal, compliance or advisor judgment.

What the software does, and what it does not.

What Product Specialist OS does

  • Handles repeatable case preparation
  • Runs defined calculations
  • Organizes product facts
  • Exposes assumptions
  • Makes tradeoffs visible
  • Prepares specialist questions
  • Creates a documented decision process

What remains human

  • Suitability
  • Tax conclusions
  • Legal conclusions
  • Compliance approval
  • Product exceptions
  • Final client recommendation
  • Verification of sponsor claims
  • Final transaction decisions

Synthetic demonstration case

Miller Trust is a demonstration file, not a real client.

The live product currently opens on this case. The numbers below are the demonstration facts, not a recommendation.

Initial situation

$4,000,000 sale price. $1,500,000 debt paid at close. $2,300,000 exchange equity. $3,800,000 replacement-value planning target. The client is done actively managing the property and wants continued real-estate exposure and potential passive income.

What the system prepares

Key transaction facts and dates. Replacement-value and debt analysis. Possible strategic paths. Relevant offering characteristics. A modeled allocation. Remaining gaps. Questions for specialists and outside professionals.

The advisor can then explain the situation in plain language, show available paths and tradeoffs, identify missing information, and advance a more complete case. The system does not recommend a DST, conclude that any strategy is suitable, or determine a tax result.

What AMP implements

A firm-specific configuration, not a generic template.

  • Firm-specific client fact patterns
  • Approved product and strategy coverage
  • Firm terminology
  • Advisor workflow
  • Calculation rules
  • Product-data structure
  • Specialist-escalation process
  • Compliance review points
  • Client and internal outputs
  • Training and rollout

More complex implementations involving broader product coverage, integrations, enterprise controls or custom workflows are scoped separately. Those capabilities are not assumed in the starting implementation.

Implementation

Six steps to a working workflow.

01

Workflow review

How cases currently move from advisor to specialist, and where they stall.

02

Case and product mapping

The fact patterns, paths and offering coverage the firm actually uses.

03

Prototype configuration

A working setup the firm can react to before anything is rolled out.

04

Firm review

Compliance, specialist and leadership review of language, calculations and checkpoints.

05

Advisor testing

Advisors run cases through the workflow and show where the language still fails.

06

Final implementation and rollout

The configured workflow, training, and launch into the firm’s process.

Pricing

Implement the firm’s workflow. Then keep it operating.

One-time implementation

Starting at $25,000

Configure client situations, decision paths, calculations, offering coverage, human confirmations and firm outputs. Broader coverage and custom workflows are scoped separately. No upper implementation price is published.

Annual platform license

Scoped when the firm environment goes live

Implementation starts at $25,000. Ongoing platform licensing begins when the firm environment goes live and is scoped according to advisor count, workflow complexity and product coverage. Licensing scales with advisors using the workflow; specialist, compliance and administrative users are included in the firm configuration rather than metered per seat.

AMP services are priced for the work required to build and implement the capability. Product Specialist OS licensing is priced for continued access, maintenance and operation of the capability. Specific license inclusions are confirmed in the implementation agreement.

Product Specialist OS is a separate implementation path from Firm Rollout. The two may be purchased independently or combined when appropriate. Neither is required to buy the other.

Product Specialist OS implementations start at $25,000.
